Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most of our engagements run between three and eight weeks, depending on the scope. Management Reporting Redesign projects typically take four to six weeks; Customer Advisory Board Design runs five to eight weeks; and a Divestiture Readiness Assessment usually completes in six to eight weeks. We agree on the timeline before starting, and you receive a schedule at kickoff.
What does the consulting process look like?
Every engagement begins with a brief scoping conversation to confirm objectives and boundaries. We then move through a discovery phase — which may include interviews, document reviews, or workshops — followed by analysis and deliverable development. You receive drafts for feedback before final materials are handed over, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Are prices fixed, or can they change during the project?
All listed prices are for the standard scope described. If during the scoping conversation we identify needs that extend beyond the standard engagement, we will propose a modified scope and price before work begins. There are no surprise invoices.
Can you work with companies outside Taiwan?
Yes. While our office is in Taipei and most of our clients are based in Taiwan, we regularly work with companies across the Asia-Pacific region. Remote and hybrid engagement models are fully supported.
How is confidential information protected?
We execute non-disclosure agreements as a standard part of onboarding. All client documents are stored in access-controlled systems, and only the assigned consulting team has visibility. We are particularly careful with divestiture and financial reporting engagements, where data sensitivity is highest.

What deliverables will we receive?
Each service has its own set of deliverables outlined in the service description. In general, you receive working documents you can use immediately — redesigned report templates, charter documents, readiness checklists, and implementation plans. We do not deliver abstract strategy decks without actionable components.
