Our Story

How Clearpath Came to Be

Clearpath was founded in Taipei by a small group of consultants who had spent years inside large advisory firms and came away with a shared frustration: too many engagements produced impressive-looking decks but left clients without workable tools or honest assessments. We wanted to build something different.

The firm started with a single offering — helping mid-size companies redesign their management reporting. Early clients appreciated the bounded scope, the fixed fee, and the fact that they walked away with templates they could actually use. Word spread, and the practice expanded to include customer advisory board design and divestiture readiness work — each structured around the same principle of clarity over volume.

Today, Clearpath serves organizations across Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region. We remain deliberately small, which allows us to staff every engagement with experienced consultants rather than cycling in junior team members. Our clients tell us this matters — and we agree.

Our Mission

What Guides Our Work

Precision Over Volume

We scope every engagement tightly. Our goal is to answer the specific question you have — not to generate follow-on work.

Honesty as Standard

Our recommendations reflect what we find, not what is comfortable to hear. Candid advice, even when it challenges assumptions, serves clients better than polished ambiguity.

Usable Deliverables

Every engagement produces working materials — templates, frameworks, checklists — not just presentations. We measure success by whether you use what we hand over.

Our Standards

How We Maintain Quality

Data Confidentiality

Non-disclosure agreements on every engagement. Access-controlled storage for all client documents. No information is shared between client accounts.

Structured Methodology

Every engagement follows a defined methodology with clear phases — discovery, analysis, deliverable development, and handover — so nothing is left to chance.

Experienced Practitioners

All consultants have a minimum of ten years of advisory or industry experience. No engagement is staffed with entry-level team members.

Client Review Cycles

Draft deliverables are shared for feedback before finalization. We build in structured review points so the final output reflects your input and context.

Deep Familiarity with Taiwan's Business Landscape

Operating from Taipei's Xinyi District, Clearpath is positioned at the center of Taiwan's corporate ecosystem. Our consultants work across industries — technology, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services — and bring an understanding of local regulatory frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and competitive dynamics that international firms often struggle to match at pace.

Taiwan's business environment has its own character: a strong emphasis on relationship continuity, dense supply-chain interdependencies, and a regulatory climate that evolves thoughtfully. We bring this contextual awareness into every engagement, whether we are redesigning how a board receives information, helping a B2B firm listen to its most important customers, or assessing whether a business unit can stand alone after separation.

Our approach is not to impose frameworks from other markets but to develop recommendations that work within the realities of how Taiwanese organizations actually operate — accounting for governance culture, reporting norms, and the pace at which leadership teams are comfortable making structural decisions.
